Routine Inspection conducted today. Facility permitted to produce infused honey. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink with drain board available for manual warewashing. De-crystallization cabinet used to heat honey. Creamer used to liquify honey. Dry storage and labelling area observed to be in sanitary condition. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
