Comments

-Coolers are below 4 degC; food in the freezer are frozen
-Rice is over 60 degC
-200ppm bleach is available for cleaning.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature was 75 degC at plate level.
-Hot water at the tap was at 45 degC during the inspection (3:30pm). There was a power outage at the end of the inspection. As per BC Hydro, the power was due to come back on in half an hour. Printed off the power outage info bulletin for the staff. Discussed food safety issues. Discard all foods that have been under 4 degC for over 2 hours. Try to keep the freezer and cooler doors shut. Staff have voluntarily closed the premises.
