Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The operator wasn't able to demonstrate the proper dishwashing method including sanitizing step.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to wash & rinse & sanitize (using 100 ppm) all dishes. Fill the 2nd compartment with 100 ppm bleachwater and soak all washed utensils for at leas 2 min then air dry.
