Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at 3'C
- Cake display cooler at 3'C
- Dessert display cooler at 2'C
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Washroom observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- Professional pest control company contracted to conducted monthly inspections
- Operator stated that the premise is deep cleaned once per month
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Good organization of equipment and dry stored food items
- Scoops in dry storage containers observed in upright position. Handles are not in contact with food
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator is available on site
- Permit is posted in a conspicuous location on site
