Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a batch of raw fresh cut fries that were held at room temperature. Probe thermometer read a temperature of 15.3C. Operator was not able to verify the time it was left out at room temperature for.
Operator voluntarily disposed of this batch of fries, and education was provided.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fryer area was covered in flour, grease, and food debris. Operator immediately cleaned and sanitized the area during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure regular and frequent cleaning is done in this area to avoid build-up of food and grease.

Routine inspection conducted alongside both operators

-Permit is displayed in a conspicuous location
-Hand wash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-All coolers (stand-up cooler, and domestic fridge cooler) are below 4C
-Both trunk freezers and domestic freezer are below -18C
-High Temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
-Sanitizer spray bottle and sanitizer in a bucket with cloth is available and achieves 200ppm Chlorine
-Dry food storage is satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity
-Public washrooms are clean
