Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fruit flies observed on and around pop gun holder.
Corrective Action(s): Pop gun nozzle and pop gun holder need to be cleaned and sanitized regularly to prevent attracting flies. Operator cleaned the nozzle and pop gun holder at time of inspection.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices are good.
Storage areas are generally organized.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Quats sanitizer (spray bottle and buckets) were 200ppm
Low temperature dishwasher had a chlorine sanitizer residual of at least 100ppm (as per test strips).
Glasswasher had a iodine sanitizer residual of at least 12.5ppm (as per test strip).
No signs of pests.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
