All hand sinks provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (spray bottles and 3 comp sinks).
Walk-in cooler (raw chicken) was at 1-2 deg C.
Walk-in cooler (other food items) was at 3-4 deg C.
Display coolers and line coolers were maintaining at or below 4 deg C.
Line freezers were at -18 deg C.
Buffet line: chicken wings was at 60 deg C (internal temp.)
rice and noodles was above 60 deg C.
soups was at or above 60 deg C.
salads was at 4 deg C
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff hygiene satisfactory - clean uniforms and hair restraint; observed hand washing and changing of gloves
No signs of pests noted. Pest control contract in place.
