Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations, including washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
200 ppm QUAT detected in all sanitizer containers noted throughout the food preparation areas.
QUAT test strips noted available.
All refrigerator units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
All hot hold units were over 60C.
All food stored protected and off the floor.
All in-use utensils are changed out every 4 hours or were noted stored in ice water mixture.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 78C at the plate level and 185F at the rinse temperature gauge level during the rinse cycle.
General sanitation noted satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
