Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- 3 compartment sink was already set up with sanitizer at the time of inspection. Sanitizer tested with a test strip and measured 50 ppm chlorine. Staff claims 3 cups of chlorine solution was mixed with half-filled water.

Date to Be Corrected By: Immediately.

- 1 additional cup of chlorine solution was added and measured 100-200 ppm chlorine.
- From now, mix 4 cups of chlorine solution to half-filled water to properly sanitize utensils.
