Observation: Handwash sink in kitchen nearest to the prep station has a loose faucet. Operator explains he had a plumber come fix it however, it has broken again.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the issue to ensure that the hand wash station can function adequately. Until then, use the other hand wash station located in the kitchen.

Routine inspection conducted

-Hand wash stations (except the one mentioned) are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold water.
-All cooler units are at or below 4C. Ensure cooler units close adequately to avoid loss of cool air leading to inadequate cooling
-All freezer units are at -18C
-Low temperature chlorine dishwasher achieves 50ppm chlorine
-Chlorine glasswasher achieves 50ppm
-QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 200ppm
-Dry storage is good
-No signs of pest activity
