Remove mold from the wall near the dishwasher.
Keep handle of ice scoop out of the ice and handles of spoons out of the food.
Minimize dipping the hands into the dosa batter by using a ladle or a tong to hold the dispensing cup.
Remove green garden hose from the premises.
Label the bottle of sanitizer.
Store clean uniforms outside of the washroom.
No cod or halibut onsite. Basa is for pakora.
Potatoe chipper is not being used.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
