Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station in food sampler preparation room is not stocked with paper towels. After the Environmental Health Officer left and returned to the room, it was obstructed by binders.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Paper towels were restocked at the hand wash station.
2. Binder was removed.

Ensure that the hand wash station is always stocked and clear of obstructions so that food samplers can wash their hands before going to their respective stations.
