Follow-up inspection to report # ZDER-BEKMAJ -Both sandwich prep coolers are noted at 3 C in the top inserts - slight frosting noted around inserts. -Coolers are now functioning properly - service report provided to FHA with follow-up service later today to verify units. -Inserts are currently being filled to 1/4 insert to keep food cold and ensure turn over of food. This will change as the cooler continues to demonstrate it is functioning properly and as Sept (FALL rush) approaches. -Correction Order rescinded
