Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Liquid soap not available at handsink located beside garbage room access.
2. Handsink across from walk-in cooler not accessible. Hose was connected to faucet to fill large container of frozen meat for defrosting.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Provide liquid soap at above noted handsink.
2. Handsinks must be accessible and only used for handwashing purposes.

- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoops stored in a clean container outside ice machine.
- Meat slicer in process of being cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution used to sanitize meat slicer.
- Wiping cloths stored in 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution.
- Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Dishwasher: 100 ppm chlorine residual
- Chlorine test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation throughout premises, especially in hard to reach areas.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection. Continue to monitor for pest activity.
- FOODSAFE requirements in compliance at time of inspection.
- Permit to Operate posted.

***Premises does not have a designated prep sink to safely prep/ wash food. Plan review will be conducted of existing approved layout. Operator will have to install a prep sink. Submit a floorplan for approval before installing prep sink. Prep sink should be sized large enough to be functional and meet the needs of the operation.
