-QUATS sanitizer spray bottle at 200ppm - Coolers at 4C or less - Freezer temperatures are adequate - No signs of pests observed at time of inspection - Handsinks have hot and cold water, liquid soap and single-use paper towel - Foodsafe certified staff present - Sanitation of facility is good. Please clean the inside of the microwave oven. - High temperature dishwasher was emptied before inspection. Temperature reached 72.8C at the plate level is on final rinse cycle after five washes.
