-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -3 compartment sink used for ware washing. Proper order or wash, rinse and sanitize being utilized. Sanitizer at 200ppm -pizza slices being sold at room temperature and log being kept as to when they come out of the oven. Pizza discarded after 2 hours -general sanitation good
