Corrective Action(s): Unit must be cleaned and sanitized by tomorrow (6th September 2017). Ensure manufacturer's directions are followed, and upper section of machine is cleaned on a routine basis. Call for reinspection once cleaned - card provided.

Observation: Staff on site at time of inspection had not taken FoodSafe Level 1 (or an equivalent food safety course).

*Washroom maintained in clean condition.
*Good hand washing practices observed during inspection.
