Sliding door cooler at 1 degree C. Upright freezer below -18 degrees C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Bleach sanitizer is available. Ensure to use 1 capful of bleach per gallon of water to make 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer. General sanitation is satisfactory.
