Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in pail by handwashing station measured 10ppm at start of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** Staff mixed 200ppm bleach after identifying issue.

Sanitizer should be replaced throughout day, depending on usage. Staff stated sanitizer is changed twice a day.
Proper mixing ratio is: 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach : 1 L water. Determine amount of water pail can hold to calculate amount of bleach necessary to reach 100-200ppm bleach.
