Observation:
The following areas need cleaning:
1. White flap in ice machine.
2. Fan cover in walk-in cooler.
3. Underneath dishwasher.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation:
1. Light cover/sleeves missing on tube light fixture above ice machine.
2. A patch on the wall adjacent to the 3-compartment sink is in disrepair. Operator informed that a stainless steel backsplash is to be placed over wall.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Place light cover/sleeves on tube light fixture above ice machine to prevent a physical contamination or injury from occurring. To be corrected by December 23, 2016.
2. Either repair and paint wall adjacent to 3-compartment sink or place a stainless steel backsplash on wall. To be corrected by January 31, 2016.

Comments

- Hand washing stations fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
*Coolers maintained at or below 4C/40F.
*Freezers maintained at or below -18C/0F.
*Hot holding maintained at or above 60C/140F.
- Temperature logs well maintained.
- Bleach sanitizer in all spray bottles = 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71C at dish level.
- Facility had received their grocery delivery at the time of inspection. Ensure all products are stored at least 6 inches off the floor and follow proper storage methods.
NOTE: Operator will get plumber in to repair water overflow issue under dishwasher.
