Observation: Heavy grease and food build up noticed on top of the freezer lid which is currently being used to store food items and pans etc.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the freezer lid surface to store food items. If you wish to store any food items on top of the freezer, cover the freezer lid with stainless steel or other suitable food-grade material. ( September 25, 2018)
