Routine inspection of the chocolate operation. No obvious signs of pest noted. Pest control is provided. Recommend checking dishwasher temperature before using ( should be 160F/71C min. at the rack level). The chocolate mango line was operating at the time of the inspection. Metal detector was checked and no concern was noted. General sanitation was satisfactory. Handwashing station was satisfactory.
