- Only eggs sold at this time. Produce sales to begin in June - Walk-in cooler 4C - Sliding door cooler 3C - Coolers were supplied with thermometers - Hot and cold running water present at produce prep sink. Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing. - Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces and knives within produce prep area. - Ice machine not currently in use. Operator reported it will be cleaned and sanitized prior to use. - Premises maintained in sanitary condition. Some discolouration noted on interior walls of sliding door cooler. Operator to attempt to clean to determine if it can be removed.
