=Walk-in cooler (3C), bar cooler (2C), and all other freezers measured within appropriate temperatures
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75.8 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Low temperature glasswasher in the bar measured 100 ppm chlorine at the glass surface (50 ppm chlorine required for proper sanitizing)
=Surface sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
