Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # ATHI-C5ST5L of Aug-11-2021 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Far left cooler was over 4C containing mainly non-potentially hazardous. One item of potentially hazardous food was moved into the adjacent cooler that was working. Operator called maintenance worker to come in and fix cooler. Correction: Ensure cooling unit can maintain a temperature of belo 4C at all times. Follow-up will be done in the coming days to verify cooler being fixed. Follow-up date: Aug. 16, 2021
