On Follow-Up:
Cleaning issues have been addressed except in the office. Most holes/gaps have been sealed.
Chickens are being cooked to 185 degF and the cook temperatures are being recorded in degF.
Garlic bread is being stored inside the coolers.
Pest control is on a weekly contract. Report from yesterday reviewed. Continue monitoring for mice and stay on top of cleaning issues.
