Observations:
- General sanitation has improved
- All hand washing stations observed unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All potentially hazardous foods observed stored at or below 4'C
- Walk-in coolers (X2) at or below 4'C
- Good organization in walk-in cooler. All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- No hot-holding observed on site
- All rodent droppings have been removed. No recent pest activity noted.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator available on site
- Staff observed wearing gloves

**Reminders:
- If you would like to start serving any new menu items, you must first submit the food safety plan to the health inspector for review and approval
- Continue working on the general deep sanitation of the premise (i.e. wall underneath the 3-compartment sink)
- Continue removing clutter and re-organizing the storage room in the samosa preparation area to ensure all boxes and storage containers are stored off the floor
- Operator to submit all pest reports to the health inspector until the next routine inspection
- Gloves are not a replacement for proper, frequent hand washing. Ensure staff are washing hands frequently to prevent contamination of food.
