Follow-up to inspection report# KLAI-CTTQJR Reach-in cooler beside the seafood department was noted at 4.0C. No mouse droppings were noted in the back room. Areas noted in the routine inspection requiring cleaning were completed - no dust noted in the walk-in coolers. Shelves were cleaned and new liners were replaced. Major cleaning and sanitation were noted completed throughout the facility. Many unwanted items in the delivery areas were removed. Overall huge improvements noted on sanitation. Excellent work. Violation that still needs to be addressed: Small amount of mouse droppings were noted in the produce area - corner of the room and below one of the prep tables. If these areas were previously cleaned then this could signify an immediate pest issue that needs to be brought to your pest control company's attention. If these areas were missed, please clean and sanitize and continue to monitor for pest activities. No further follow-up is required at this time.
