Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] (Observed staff serving customers making toasts without washing hands in between.)
Comments

- Glasswasher received maintenance. Inspector noticed small color change (tinge of green) on iodine test strip under natural light. The operator shall monitor iodine concentration under natural light to confirm that at least 12ppm of iodine residual is present.
- Temperature gauge on high temp dishwasher was repaired.
- High temp dishwasher achieved 82C at final rinse cycle.
- Walk-in cooler #6 was on defrost cycle during last routine inspection. Temperature measured 4C during follow-up inspection.
- Single use gloves are in place beside the toaster
