Observation: The hot water tap in the main customer washroom is inoperable and the hot water is shut off to the sink. Hot & cold water under pressure is required at all hand wash sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the inoperable tap and ensure that hot water is always available and provided at the hand sink in the washroom.

Observation: +Food temperatures in the sandwich/pastry cooler measure 10+C. Refrigerated food must be maintained below 4 C.
Correction: Adjust the thermostat (temperature control) or repair the reefer unit to maintain food temperatures below 4 C.
Comments

The sandwich/pastry display cooler has been replaced with a new unit. Product temperatures measure < 4 C. The washroom hot water supply requires attention as described above.
