Hot & cold water under pressure is required at all hand wash sinks. Corrective Action(s): Repair the inoperable tap and ensure that hot water is always available and provided at the hand sink in the washroom. Violation Score: 1

Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # RPAI-BDYT5N of Jul-11-2019 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: +Food temperatures in the sandwich/pastry cooler measure 10+C. Refrigerated food must be maintained below 4 C. Correction: Adjust the thermostat (temperature control) or repair the reefer unit to maintain food temperatures below 4 C.

Comments

The sandwich/pastry display cooler has been replaced with a new unit. Product temperatures measure < 4 C. The washroom hot water supply requires attention as described above.
