Corrective Action(s): Discard moldy samosas and all other - Provide supplier information and contact the area inspector to get approval to add this item Violation Score: 15 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Poor cleaning noted in storage room. -Handwash station at front equipped with soap and paper towel.. - Coolers operating at 4'C or below. - Freezers operating at -18'C. - Thermometers available for temp. monitoring. - Ice machine satisfactory. - Single use cups in use to serve coffee. -Bleach solution >100ppm with label noted *** sandwiches labeled expiry Nov 22-2023 -- it is too long - prepared foods max 2 days - Include the preparation date on the package *** noted some sandwiches are on sale made on long weekend - discard these - done at time of visit. *** send sanitation plan is still outstanding. All the above to be fully addressed before the follow up inspection.
