Units are electronically monitored and alarmed. -Walk in cooler: 4 C / freezer: -18 C - Staff washroom sinks have liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold water. - General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory. - Weekly pest control service provided by Abell Pest Control. - Continue to follow all recommendations provided by your pest control technician. - Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control company. - Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service. - Regularly inspect building for potential pest entry points (e.g. holes, gaps, door seals, floor and wall expansion joints, etc.) and seal/ cover accordingly.
