Follow up to health inspection report # MBEK-C5LTRX dated August 5, 2021. - Food items such as bagged product not observed to be stored directly on the floor - Food items not stored in close proximity to sinks - Some storage areas have been reorganized, cleaned - Floor to wall junctions and areas under equipment appear to have been cleaned Note: Ensure baseboard is reattached (behind chest freezers) - Debris still observed in some areas (door seals of some coolers) -- ensure areas are properly cleaned
