Paper report number: 261849 written by Sonya Wong General Comments - Concession stand was not in operation at time of inspection - Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels - Coolers at 4C or below - Ice machine is satisfactory, ice scoop is stored in a separate container - Paninis that are served are made in the Loft Kitchen and stored in the cooler before warming them up and serving - Hot dogs are made onsite and kept warm until serving - Pest control company contracted. Traps in place - General sanitation is satisfactory
