200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at 2 compartment sink. Test strips available for use.
Clean in place procedures for all large baking equipment.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Pest control services in place.
Reminder to focus cleaning efforts behind and underneath equipment.
