-Walk-in freezers were less than -18C. -Walk-in coolers were less than 4C. -Cut fruits were stored in a cooler at 1C. -Back store area cooler was at 1C. -Store area coolers were at or below 4C. -Store area freezers ranged from -13C to -20C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sinks. Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm. -Sanitizer spray bottles tested at 200ppm. -Handwashing station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. -Random selection of foods were within their best before dates and in good condition. -Facility is currently only selling prepackaged foods - no self service bulk items. -Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator every 2 weeks. -Minor pest activity noted in the facility. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
