Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CEZSEU Did not observe any opened canned food in the coolers. Cutting boards are stored in a sanitary manner. No food was stored in the mop sink at the time of inspection. Did not observe improper thawing at the time of inspection. Missing ceiling tiles by the fume hood has been replaced. Unplugged freezer unit noted during the last inspection is now plugged in and functioning. Noted at -18C. Staff on-site during the inspection has FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - expires October 26, 2023. Cleanliness of the facility has greatly improved. Did not observe mouse droppings in most areas. However, some still noted some mouse droppings below the 2-compartment sink and dry storage area. Please clean and sanitize these areas and maintain in a sanitary condition. Facility has a pest control company, All Catch Pest Control, that comes in once a month. Last inspection was conducted on June 7, 2022. May need to consider increasing inspection frequency by pest control company if more droppings appear after clean-up. No further follow-up required at this time.
