-tea prep sink's faucet is loose and impedes normal operations
-tea brewer's support table and stock underneath it is soiled with spilled tea. The tea brewer's excess water release pipe that wraps around below the counter top to the espresso machine area is shortened and leaking water

=Upright cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method

suggest operator renovate the tea prep area sinks and ice well for proper drainage and cleaning
