Hair control implemented. - Food in make line coolers measured at or below 4 Degree C. Walk -in cooler measured at or below 4C. Walk -in Freezer measured at or below -18C. Records maintained. Thermometers noted. Display cooler with pops measured at 4C. - Food in Hot holding measured at or above 60C. - QUAT sanitizer residue 200-400 ppm detected in sani buckets with wiping cloths and in 3- comp sink. QUAT at Q Dispenser measured at 400ppm. - 3- Comp sink maintained. Implements stored properly. - Floor noted clean and free of build ups. Dry storage was clean and food stored above the floor on shelve. - Pest control management in place. No obvious sign of pest noted at this date. - Customer washroom maintained.
