A shatterproof light cover is missing in the walk-in-cooler to prevent any glass fragments from contaminating food upon potential breakage. 2. Toilet tank cover is missing in the ladies washroom. Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure the light bulbs in the walk-in-cooler are encased in a shatterproof cover; Correct within 1 month. 2. Replace the missing toilet tank cover over the toilet as soon as possible; Correct within 2 months. Violation Score: 3

Comments

Walk-in-cooler with cold potentially hazardous food (milk) was at or below 4 degrees C. Both ice cream freezers were at or below -18 degrees C. Packaged ice freezer temperature was satisfactory. No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection. Handsinks in washrooms and front cash register area were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels/air dyers. Chlorine sanitizer was available for sanitizing the slushie machines.
