Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in back area was missing paper towel at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Roll of paper towel replaced at the counter near handwash station. Ensure that the handsink is fully stocked and avaialble for handwashing at all times

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following were observed:
- Handsink in front area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk in cooler, two front sandwich prep cooler and undercounter cooler are all measured at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is measured at -20C
- Hot holding unit for soups is measured at greater than 60C
- Three compartment sink sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats dispenser
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats. Test strips are available.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
