Areas inspected: Main Kitchen, Maple Hills/Cedar Hills ECUs, Rosewood/Marwood ECUs

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- All coolers are ≤ 4°C, all freezers are ≤ -18°C
- High temperature dishwasher are available in all areas. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level for all dishwashers.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in all areas
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- No signs of pests observed
- Premises is well lit

Note:
- One dusty fan observed at the Rosewood ECU. Already scheduled to be taken apart and cleaned.
- Loose gasket observed in one of the stand-up coolers at the main kitchen. Repair as soon as possible.
- Send copy of most recent pest control report to health inspector.
