Temperature logs are in place for all coolers.
>>> Walk in cooler measure 4C at the beginning of the morning. Please check with technician, most walk in coolers are 1-2C in the morning so there is a few degrees to warm up as people go in and out of cooler during the day.
Temperature are checked, maintained and logged for all hot holding for catering.
Operator has contacted pest contol company contacted. First assessment has been done, they will come again next week.
>>> Please ensure all drivers are also FOODSAFE certified as they are responsible for temperature checking at destination, unloading/unpacking the food, and putting food out on chaffing units to be ready for service.
