Kitchen:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - recommend installing splash guard against right side of sink to prevent handwashing water from contaminating clean dishes from dishwasher
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at dispenser; ensure all buckets are changed out frequently
- dishwasher dispensed 73C at the final rinse cycle
- ice machine, meat slicer appear sanitary
- new UV light purchased for fruit flies
- walk-in cooler: 4C
- walk-in freezer: -18C
- walk-in cooler (dairy): 3C
- walk-in freezer (meats): -19C
- hot holding units turned off at time of inspection, unit still at 60C
- temperature logs maintained

Servery:
