2) None of the food in the walk in cooler is covered
Corrective Action(s): 1) All food in the "walk in" dry storage room to be thrown out.
2) Ensure all food in the walk in cooler is always covered by lids or plastic wrap

Observation: Droppings from rats and mice seen through out the facility, including:
-in the dry storage "walk in"
-in the take out container "walk in"
-under the pizza oven
-Under the 3 compartment sink
-Beside the deep freezer in the kitchen
-inside the white cupboard in the servery area
-behind the two compartment sink/counter in the servery area
Corrective Action(s): -All food in the dry storage walk in must be thrown ou
-all take out containers and other boxes etc must be thrown out in the take out container walk in
-all the take out bags in the white cupboard in the front servery must be thrown out
-No food can be stored in the back storage area, only in the kitchen

-Have pest control come in and inspect the facility immediately and provide bait stations etc. Supply report to Environmental Health Officer
