Observation: Chlorine level in dishwasher final rinse varies. Bottom of dishwasher and side of dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine, but only 10ppm detected on equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Call technician and increase sanitizer concentration. In the meantime, manually sanitize dishware.
