Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to inspection report #SDHI-D2H2Z3 for outstanding violations - Premise is not in operation during inspection Observations: - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water ,liquid soap and paper towel - No signs of new pest activity - Deceased rodents found on glue traps during the routine inspection have been removed off site. - All rodent droppings have been cleaned. - Most recent pest report is not available on site. Operator to contact pest control company for copy of Jan and Feb reports. *Reminders: - Ensure to clean rodent droppings by wiping areas and sanitizing affected areas with 1 part bleach mixed with 9 parts water. Do not sweep or vacuum rodent droppings. - Email all future pest reports to the health inspector for review until the next routine inspection. Inspection report will be emailed to the operator.
