Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ranch portioned into smaller containers was stored at 8C. Ranch container states "Refrigerate After Opening"
Corrective Action(s): Cold potentially hazardous foods must be stored at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Ranch was moved into the pizza cooler at the time of inspection.

Comments

Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4 (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -14C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was at 100ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was at 100ppm. Ensure all containers are relabelled as needed.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 16, 2024.
