306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Mouse droppings on floor around mop sink, under dishwashing sinks and under food preparation counter and sinks. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning. Premise cleaning is to be conducted on daily basis to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Violation Score: 3

Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-CD6SSV of Apr-04-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Mulitple wiping rags left on surfaces including food prep counters and shelves without sanitizer residual. Correction: All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia, to be verified by test strip).

Rice scoop in use stored on ice. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner outside ice machine. Wiping rags in use stored in sanitizer solutions 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Wall surface repaired above back prep counter. Used gloves not observed to be reused. Reviewed glove use. Floor cleaned around sliding door and grease trap.
