Approved as production kitchen ( it must be separate from the other FE-1 facility )
Dry storage area - packaging area need to be separate from the serving area of " Little Dim Sum"
Clean up/ organized the public /entrance area from boxes and other food containers.
No record on sauces production in this file ( Peanut sauce/ hoisin sauce, fish ) -to continuing this production we will need a separate food file and designated / approved production area
